2815613 - SAP Analytics Cloud doesn't allow to use the same email address because it says that the SAML user mapping for that email address is already in use


  • Delete a user in SAC because the user name was misspelled
  • Try to add it back and it will not let you save it
  • Compain that it is already in use


  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.19.3


  • This issue is happening on the internal users list as it was having an empty email for that particular user


  • Delete completely the user and add it back
