2812627 - Missing Values in Newly Created E-Verify Activity via Resolve Case [BasicPilot] - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • ClientCompanyid is 0 Error
  • Index field missing values
  • Onboarding Advanced Report shows discrepancy in data
  • Alien Number Missing

Reproducing the Issue

In E-Verify, Corporate Representative resolved the case and created a new E-Verify activity. See reference image on how it is done.

Cause

When E-Verify is created in resolve case button, not all data keys or fields are copied to new E-Verify process which might result to following errors:

  • Client Company ID 0 Missing
  • Alien Number Missing

Resolution

For Live Customer(s)

The issue is currently under investigation and as soon as additional details are available, this KBA will be updated with the appropriate information. Our engineering is currently targeting to enhanced this feature and copy all fields or data keys except some service keys from new hire's Onboarding activity. Currently, it is implemented with list of keys that are copied and the custom fields used are not included.

This KBA will be updated at the end of July 2019.
