2811937 - Instance Refresh Tool: Task was Canceled

Symptom

You scheduled and submitted an Instance Refresh through the IRT however after some time it appears as canceled and you request to know who and when it was called off.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Resolution

Product Support can track who and when the task was canceled. To fulfill this, please create an incident under the component LOD-SF-SER-REF and provide us the following information:

  • Source CompanyID
  • Target CompanyID
  • Data Center
  • Support Access to both Source and Target Instances
