The ‘details’ link in the work schedule field is not working. When the link is clicked, nothing happens.

Reproducing the Issue
Log in and search for user having workschedule added in job information.
Navigate to People Profile -> Job Information -> Time Information section -> Click on the ‘Details’ link besides workschedule and you will observe that the pop-up window doesn’t open.
Time off feature is not enabled in instance
Workschedule details link feature will work only if the time off feature is enabled in the instance.
In case it was enabled in past and few employee's were provided with time information including workschedule, without this feature enabled in present the workschedule details link will not work.
