The following Can't read the view : _SYS_BIC:t.4/CTM10003 occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

  • Specific users is getting stuck at parameter loading page
  • Some other user are working as expected

Reproducing the Issue

Step 1: Log in to the SAC tenant
Step 2: Browse to the Files > Concur_Task_Manager folder
Step 3:Click a story - Diagnostics & Resolutions - the dots appear and keeps loading
