When creating candidates accounts via .CSV file, the blank template is no longer available and the system is throwing the following error message:

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Recruiting -> Candidates Tab
- In the "Add Candidate" dropdown, choose "Bulk Create Candidates from .CSV File"
- Click to download a blank template
The blank .CSV file that is being created will be based on the Candidate Profile template configured in the system. If the CPT has any discrepancy or misconfiguration, the system won't be able to create the file and will display the mentioned error message.
The most common misconfigurations in the CPT that will be related to the above error are standard fields like, e.g., contactEmail, country, set as custom="true" or the other way around, when a custom field is set as custom="false". To validate the CPT fields, you can check the field-definition section in the Implementation Guide: Field-Definition Element Guide.
You can also validate the template when importing the same in Provisioning, by checking the validation message the system will display after the import.

- Re-enter the template to check the validations
