Symptom

After mapping SAML attribute to functional area, it does not appear in user profile in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.10.6

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Security from Main menu -> Users
  2. Click on Map SAML User Properties
  3. Choose functional area to map
  4. Notice that the functional area is not visible in user profile

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
