In a business role, the business action restriction Service Requests: Create from E-Mail Add-In, has been enabled but tickets still cannot be created from the add in.

Tickets cannot currently be created from the add in.
The business restriction Service Requests: Create from E-Mail Add-In, has been defined in C4C but not yet implemented in the Outlook Add in.
