Symptom

  • Folder is empty when sharing folder to team and opening the folder from received Email directly
  • Content in the folder can be displayed correctly when reopening the folder from Main menu 

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.11.1

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon SAC.
  2. Go to Security > Teams, create a team, for example teamTest.
  3. Add several members to teamTest.
  4. Share a folder to teamTest, and there is story or model in the folder.
  5. The members in teamTest will receive Email.
  6. Open Folder from Email directly, find the folder is empty.
  7. Go to Main menu > Browser > Files, open the folder again, find all content are displayed correctly.

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
