2802327 - Filter is not available when scheduling a Report Table in Report Center

Symptom

When trying to schedule a Report Table (AdHoc report) through report center is showing the message “This is currently not available” at step 2 (Filter).

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter in Report Center
  2. Click on the action button of a Report Table
  3. Select “New Schedule”
  4. At step 2. Filter, you face the message “This is currently not available”.

Cause

When creating the report it was not set up any prompted filter.

Resolution

It is needed to select the desired filter when editing your report and enable the flag “User Prompted”. This way when at the step 2 the filter will be prompted.

Or when you are using Employee Central Domains that are as of date, in this case you will be able to use the date filter at step 2.
