While accessing the RMK Career Site, one of the Job Search Filters is a picklist. When selecting a value to filter, one of the options is a 0. However, no job requisitions have this field configured as a 0.

- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the RMK site
- In Job Search section, click on 'More Options'
- In a filter value, select a picklist one
- See a value to select that is '0'
There are job requisitions that this field doesn't have anything selected, it's probably a picklist and that is currently as 'No Selection' in the Job Requisition.
It will be needed to check in the Job Requisitions if those fields are selected/have value or not. You can do that by doing a simples report selecting the Job Requisition ID, and the fields you use as a filter in the External Career Site, and then you can use the Filters tab of the Ad Hoc Report to filter by those filter fields that are either null or, if it's a picklist, that are 'No Selection'.
Once you've made the changes accordingly, you will need to remove the posting, and posting the Job Requsition in Recruiting Marketing again.
