SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

  1. In Manage Recruiting Settings the following permissions needs to be enabled:

Scroll down to section "Permission Email templates". This section contains two switches:

  • Permission "Contact Candidate" email templates
  • Permission "Offer letter" email templates.
  1. Go to Manage Permissions Roles > "Recruiting Email Templates" and see the two options:
  • Permission "Contact Candidate" email templates
  • Permission "Offer letter" email templates.

The above two options will show up in RBP only if the corresponding feature permissions in Manage Recruiting settings are enabled.

Please note:

  1. This does not restrict what offer letter templates will show, it will only restrict which email templates will show.
  2. This is based on role-based permissions and not based on the role the user has on a requisition.
