Symptom

With the release of 1905 you want to monitor the existing Service requests from your end.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

You can use this to check when you can expect a new system, restore point, or copy of your solution profile to be delivered.

  1. Go to Service Control Center Work center.
  2. Go to Systems and Service Requests view.
  3. Click on Service requests.
