2798983 - How to check if the restore point exists for a tenant

Symptom

You have requested for a restore point but need to check if the restore point has been created from SAP end or not.

Environment

  • Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Business ByDesign

Resolution

Restore point is created in order to take the snapshot/ backup of the tenant.

  1. Go to the Service Control Center Work center.
  2. Go to the Systems view.
  3. Select the relevant tenant.

  • Click on View.

You can see the restore point ID and untill when its valid.

Note: At any one time only one restore point can exists. To create another restore point you need to terminate the existing one.
