The Edit Button is Grayed Out for Catalogs in the Service Categories view.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the Service Entitlements workcenter.
- Select the Service Categories view.
- Highlight any released catalog.
You cannot click on the Edit Button.
- Catalogs, which have been released, cannot be changed anymore and need to be replaced with a new catalog version.
- The Edit Button is thus grayed out.
- You can access the information by clicking on the catalog name.
- Select the Service Categories View.
- Click on the catalog name to open the catalog view.
- You are able to click New - Version to change the existing servicer catelog.
