2798198 - Calculated field to inform when an employee has direct reports – Success Factors – Integration Center.

This KBA will inform how to create a calculated field in Integration Center to inform when an employee has or not a direct report.

Environment

Resolution

    1. Click the Add button and select Add Calculated Field;
    2. Set an If/Then/Else in “Field Value” area;
    3. In the If statement: select the “totalteammenbersize” field;
    4. Select the option “is greater than”;
    5. In the “operand” area put the number “1”;
    6. The Then statement put the word “MANAGER” to inform that this employee is manager;
    7. The Else statement put the word “NOT MANAGER” to inform that this employee is not manager.
