2793720 - New Release is Not Applied to LMS Environment

Symptom

  • Communications were sent to customers that the new release has been successfully applied to the SuccessFactors Learning environment. 

ExampleWe are pleased to advise that the 1st Quarter 2019 -<version> release has been successfully applied to the <Preview> environment as scheduled. Please access the system to confirm <Preview> instance availability.

  • Checking the front-end UI of LMS, the system is not been updated and new version is not visible.

Reproducing the Issue

Login as Admin > System Admin > Environment > View LMS Version:

Cause

The customer's environment is in a different database pool. This is why the environment did not get updated, despite having received the communications.

Resolution

Request Product Support to create an internal ticket with the Operations Team to verify if the environment is in the database pool that was updated with the new version.
