You have created an account (or any new object) in My Accounts query (or any "My" query) in online mode and after syncing and going to offline, you do not find that account in My Accounts. Instead you find it under "All" query.

Reproducing the Issue
- Create an Account under My Accounts in online mode in app.
- Sync and go to offline mode.
- Search for that account under My Accounts.
- You do not find it. Instead you find it in "All" query.
Check the user with which you have logged in.
Chances are that user is configured for 'Login as Another User'. It is not possible to test the 'My Accounts' query in OFFLINE with a user that is configured for 'Login as Another User'. This is described as disclaimer on the corresponding UI. Please check the attached screenshot for the details.
