2788096 - Email notification from SuccessFactors come with other email than my user's

Symptom

  • Schedule Job confirmation email notification, do not come with my user email as sender;
  • Email notifications from SuccessFactors have an email address as source that I do not recognize.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Cause

Probably it was enabled on your instance the Single Sender feature and so emails are sent with that address.

Resolution

You can check on the Single Sender feature on Provisioning -> Company Settings -> Mail Preference -> Single Sender.

You can check on the field Single Sender Email if it's same e-mail address that you are receiving the e-mail from, you can decide if that is correct or need to be changed.

In case you do not have access to Provisioning or Single Sender is not enabled, you can open an incident on component LOD-SF-PLT-NOT and Support team will check.
