2785852 - "SAP CRM - Sales Performance - C4C could not be imported" error occured when importing from Content Library in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

  • "SAP CRM - Sales Performance - C4C could not be imported" error occurred when importing from Content Library in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • The following errors occur in Google Chrome developer tool:
    • "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403"
    • "Job status poll failed or warning with data..."

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud 2019.6.3

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Mainmenu -> Browse ->Files
  2. Select SAC content library from left-hand side menu
  3. Click "Business Content"
  4. Click "SAP CRM - Sales Performance - C4C"
  5. Click "Import"
  6. Notice the error message from notification and from developer tool

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
