I have 2 users that are experiencing Crystal Reports 2016 crash on them in various workflows.
When I go into C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\logging there are no log files to report the crash.
If I go into the Event Viewer I only get the following:

- Crystal Reports Developer, for Visual Studio ( confirmed with SP 24 )
- Window 10 upgraded to version 1809
Reproducing the Issue
After upgrading to Window 10 version 1809 CR Designer, and other third party applications using CR for VS .NET now generates and error in:
Uninstall Crystal Reports Designer or Application and then re-install it.
