Symptom

LMS admin needs to verify which catalogs are associated with item, user or schedule offering.

Environment

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Resolution

  • USER
  1. After logging on LMS as Admin, navigate to Users > Users;
  2. Search for the desired user;
  3. Click to open the user;
  4. Click on more from the related area;
  5. Navigate to Catalog Preview.
  • ITEM
  1. After logging on LMS as Admin, navigate to Learning > Items;
  2. Search for the desired Item;
  3. Click to open the item;
  4. Go to Catalogs (under the Related area).
  • SCHEDULE OFFERING
  1. After logging on LMS as Admin, navigate to Learning > Schedule Offering;
  2. Search for the desired SO;
  3. Click to open the SO;
  4. Go to Catalogs (under the Related area).
