Reproducing the Issue
While setting up the communication arrangement SAP_COM_0223 from the scope item 2EL error message "No active outbound service could be found" is raised
Error message "No active outbound service could be found" indicates that no business partners are maintained in the communication system.
- Open the setup document for 2EL
- Check Step: 126.96.36.199 Communication System which instructs "Under Business Partner, choose Add to add the Supplier Business Partner ID"
- Check in your system in the Communication System App for the relevant communication system if the Business Partners have been maintain as per the step above.
