You are trying to configure access restriction for the Unassociated E-mails view, but are unable to make it work.
SAP Cloud for Customer
The access restriction for E-mail objects works based on Territory or Sales Organization. Considering Unassociated E-mails do not have any of those elements maintained, currently there is no standard way of restritcing the view.
This is the standard behavior of the system as of the current release.
If you need this functionality urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.
