2778953 - SAP Cloud for Customer App SSO Login Is Not Working On Android Devices

Symptom

 When you tries to login on the SAP Cloud for Customer using SSO, you see a blue blank screen when you select SSO login method and click on Go to Single Sign-On.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer App on Android.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. On Android device.
  2. Enter your tenant URL.
  3. Select Use Single Sign-On.
  4. Click on Go to Single Sign-On.
  5. A blue blank screen is displayed and you cannot reach the Identity Provider page.

Cause

A possible reason for this behavior is that you didn't initialized Chrome browser on your device. Once C4C App use Chrome as embedded browser, the Identity Provider login will happen on Chrome browser.

Resolution

You need open Chrome browser on your device and accept the terms and conditions, google account login is optional.

After this steps you shall be able to use SSO on C4C App.
