2777297 - Workflows for Journal Entry Verification - You haven't enabled a verification workflow.

When you are in the App Post General Journal Entries (F0718) and you Submit, then you receive the error message:

 You haven't enabled a verification workflow

Missing configuration in the App Defining Teams and Responsibilities

You must define responsibilities of verifiers in the App Manage Teams and Responsibilities  (App ID F2412)

Please check the necessary steps in the Test Script in the Scope Item J58 in the "Verify General Journal Entries" and in the SAP Help Defining Responsibilities of Verifiers

1. On the SAP Fiori launchpad, choose the Define Responsibilities tile.

2. Enter 02800011 (the default rule number), and choose Change. SAP delivers the default rule number that can be adapted.

3. If necessary, add verifiers to verifier groups or delete verifiers from the groups.

4. Select a verifier group and choose Display Object.

5. In the Responsibility Specs section, define the following conditions:

   • AmountInCoCdCurrency: Enter the currency amount range of journal entries that are to be verified by the group.

   • SourceCompanyCode: Enter one company code or a company code range of journal entries that are to be verified by the group.

6. (Optional) Specify a priority number of the verifying group. With the priority range from 1 to 99, the larger the number assigned to a group, the more likely it is that the system directs that journal entry to this group first.

7. Save your changes.
