2776993 - Email Notifications are not being received

Symptom

  •  Why are my group invitations not been delivered to email server
  •  I am not receiving any type of email notifications

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Create a group 
  2.  Invite a member
  3.  No invitation sent to the intended users inbox

Resolution

  Please check the following before raising a ticket with Customer Support

  1. JAM Admin
  2. Compliance & Security
  3. Security
  4. Please ensure  "Allow (Company ID) Jam to send members content via e-maill" is checked.
  5. Save Changes
  6. Create a new Test group and invite users again.
