Reproducing the Issue
User requests an Item and that said Item is associated to a supervisor approval workflow.
Request is submitted by the user and the error is generated
There is no Shopping Account associated to the user record.
- Open up the user record and navigate to Related More > Commerce
- Add in an appropriate Shopping Account details for the user and save
- Request the user to resubmit their request and it should now proceed as expected.
Note: This issue may also be generated when a user has been reincarnated. It has been identified that when this happens, the Shopping Account value needs to be added again. If you need to know what this was before the user was first inactivated, you will need to raise a support incident with LMS Support.
