You collected information from surveys in a visit via Perfect Store. You complete the visit and it is no longer possible to change the survey's answers. You can set the visit back in process but the system does not allow you to modify the survey's answers anymore. Therefore, you are not able to change the Perfect Store KPIs either.

Reproducing the Issue
Open the system in Fiori.
Go to the Visits work centre.
Go to the Visits view.
Open a visit where you have surveys related to the Perfect store.
Click Actions > Set in Process.
RESULT: Now the visit status will change from Completed to In Process.
Click Actions > View Perfect Store Execution.
Click a survey displayed there.
RESULT: you are not able to modify anything even thought the visit is in process.
Once the visit is completed, the system completes the store valuation. No changes are allowed after the store valuation. Setting the visit back in process does not reopen the store validation.
It is a new requirement to open a completed store valuation.
