The recent selection result list displays entries from another field and vice versa, instead of displaying the correct recent selections.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Service Work Center.
Go to the Tickets View.
Click the + button to get to the Ticket quick create.
Click Cause Category.
The list displays entries from the Incident Category field and vice versa.
The recent selections list is not designed to work in scenarios where the same OVS is used across different fields in the UI. This is the reason you are seeing the behavior on the category fields where the same OVS is used on all fields.
This is currently expected system behavior, however, a change is planned for an upcoming release.
