2773570 - Unable to delete or create new users in SAP Analytics Cloud

Symptom

When attempting to create/delete users the following error occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):
"HttpClient.request: request failed: unable to establish connection to cloudanalytics.accounts.ondemand.com:443 - IPcon: SSL session failed with error: ssl: bad certificate"

Environment

SAP Analytics Cloud 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to SAC.
  2. Navigate to "Users" menu.
  3. Try to create or delete a user. 
  4. Notice the error. 

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by Development.
