2772831 - Scaling of numbers during input of data doesn't work consistently in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) - 2019.6.1

Symptom

Scaling of numbers during input of data doesn't work consistently. SAC behaves differently when we input a value into an empty cell and when we input a value in a non-empty cell.

For example, when users enter value 1 into an empty cell for an account that is formatted as scaled in millions, the value is interpreted as 1. When we enter value 1 into a non-empty cell, it is interpreted as 1 000 000.
