An action Add Note is not working when selecting multiple tickets.
SAP Cloud for Customer.
Reproducing the Issue
Logon in RUI.
Go to the Service work center.
Go to the Tickets view and click on All Tickets using drop down option.
Using toggle option select multiple tickets.
Click on Action to Add Notes to those ticket .
Maintain the note in the Note section and save it.
Once you open one of the ticket and go to the Notes facet, you can see added note is missing here.
In the selected tickets, there exist ticket with the status closed.
If the closed ticket is selected, then adding note functionality in multiple tickets will not work and this is an expected system behavior.
