When a Supervisor is reviewing and processing Pending Approvals, the following error is generated when attempting to confirm:

Reproducing the Issue
Scheduled Offering is available for users to register in. The Scheduled Offering must have an associated approval process.
User registers for the Scheduled Offering and an approval is generated for their Supervisor to approve
When Supervisor is reviewing the pending approval and decides to confirm it, the error 'The associated item is not available in <USER ID> learning plan' is generated
The Item which is associated to the Scheduled Offering has been made inactive. The Scheduled Offering has not.
Whenever an Item is made inactive, the administrator needs to check and ensure that there are no pending approvals or planned Scheduled Offerings.
The item was added to the users Learning Plan and was awaiting their supervisor's approval. In the meantime as the Item was made inactive, it was removed from the user's Learning Plan. Therefore when the Supervisor is trying to approve the request the error is generated as it cannot find the Item on the Learning Plan.
Admins must take care to ensure that before making any item inactive that there are no Scheduled Offerings (and therefore potentional requests pending) planned.
