2770729 - Attributes Survey is Blank


When you try and open the Attributes Survey from within a Lead, the screen is blank.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Leads view.
  3. Open the Lead ABC (ABC represents the Lead ID).
  4. Go to the Surveys tab.
  5. Open the Attributes Survey.
  6. Screen is blank.


The Lead ABC is not associated with an exisiting Account.


In order for the Attributes Survey to be visible, you must implement the below:

  • Lead is associated with an existing Account.
  • The Attributes in the Survey must be maintained within the Account associated with the Lead.
