When you try and open the Attributes Survey from within a Lead, the screen is blank.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Sales work center.
- Go to the Leads view.
- Open the Lead ABC (ABC represents the Lead ID).
- Go to the Surveys tab.
- Open the Attributes Survey.
- Screen is blank.
The Lead ABC is not associated with an exisiting Account.
In order for the Attributes Survey to be visible, you must implement the below:
Lead is associated with an existing Account.
- The Attributes in the Survey must be maintained within the Account associated with the Lead.
