2769622 - Activity Is Not Added from Activity Advisor


When you complete an activity task added from the activity advisor and try to add another one from the activity advisor, this second task is not added to the opportunity.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Opportunities tab. (FIORI UI)
  2. Open any opportunity.
  3. Go to the Sales Activities facet.
  4. Select an activity task from the activity advisor.
  5. Click on Add.
  6. In the Activities pane, select this task.
  7. Click on More -> Set As Complete.
  8. Select the same or another task from the activity advisor.
  9. Click on Add.
  10. The message "Your entries have been saved" is displayed but the activity is not added in the Activities pane.


After you complete the task or other activity on Activities pane, the activity advisor should be refreshed before to add another activity.


This is the expected system behavior.

You should refresh the activity advisor after change of activity status.

After change of activity status, you should follow the below steps:

  1. Click on More button of the activity advisor pane.
  2. Click on Refresh.
  3. Select an activity from the advisor.
  4. Click on Add.
  5. The activity should be added to the opportunity.
