2768615 - How to find out the time taken for Outlook Add-in to load

Symptom

This document will allow us to identify the time taken by Outlook add-in to load when launching Outlook.

Environment

Outlook and Outlook Addin

Resolution

  1. Launch the event viewer (Windows run > eventvwr).
  2. Navigate to the "Application" logs under the "Windows Logs" folder.
  3. Click on the latest entry with "Outlook" as source containing the add-in load information.
  4. Search for "SAP Cloud for Customer Add-in for Microsoft Outlook" and look for the corresponding boot time.
