2768391 - Dashboard / Tile does not display updated data

Certain Dashboards / Tiles don't display correct data.
They seem to display out-dated or past dated.

The tile under concern is an effective dated one and the effective date has to be manually changed

If a tile is built using effective dated domains (As of Date / Date Range), the tile would also become effective dated.
i.e., it can run for a future or a past date.

As a side effective of this feature, the tile's 'effective date' will stick to the one the user had last applied and saved.

For such tiles, ALWAYS follow these steps:

1. Edit the Filters
2. Expand the filters using the 'More' option
3. Change the 'As of Date' option to the current date
4. Apply Filters
