2767871 - Email Delay does not work for Auto-Disqualified status

Symptom

When a candidate is moved to "Auto-Disqualified" status, the disqualification e-mail is not delayed - Even though  "Delay Emails to Disqualified Candidates (in hours)" is set up.

Cause

The "Auto-Disqualified" status is a system status and not a Disqualification status.

If a recruiting user has established a set of pre-screening questions on the requisition that have disqualifying questions or a passing score requirement, applicants who fail the pre-screen are automatically placed into the Auto-Disqualified status of the pipeline.

There is presently no way to auto-disqualify applicants based on application data, when another applicant is hired or when the requisition is closed. Those applicants must be dispositioned manually.

Resolution

Delay Emails to Disqualified Candidates (in hours) is for Disqualification statuses only.
