2763552 - Error While Unscoping the External Pricing from Implementation Project in Business Configuration

Your requirement is to unscope the External Pricing so that no External Pricing is used in your documents like Sales Quotes and Sales Orders. Upon unscoping the questions related to External Pricing and trying to save the changes, system throws the error:

Currently unable to finalize these scope changes; some of your decisions would cause inconsistencies in your fine-tuning settings of the productive data.

If error messages are displayed, resolve them before your proceed.

Value PPE2 is missing in <External Sales Price Element Type>. Restore value before finish scoping

Value PPE3 is missing in <External Sales Price Element Type>. Restore value before finish scoping

Value TPE1 is missing in <External Sales Price Element Type>. Restore value before finish scoping

Value TPE2 is missing in <External Sales Price Element Type>. Restore value before finish scoping

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Go to Implementation Projects view
3. For the respective Implementation project select Edit Project Scope
4. Go to the Scoping step
5. Expand the scoping element Communication and Information Exchange
6. Integration with External Applications and Solutions
7. Integration into Sales, Service, and Marketing Processes
8. For the Business Options like Sales Quotes and Sales Orders, uncheck the checkbox for the respective questions
• Do you use an external application to determine prices, free goods, product availability, and credit status for sales orders in your cloud solution?
• Do you want to replicate sales orders from an external application to your cloud solution?
• Do you want to replicate sales orders from your cloud solution to an external application?
• Do you use an external application to determine prices, free goods, product availability, and credit status for sales quotes in your cloud solution?
• Do you want to replicate sales quotes from an external application to your cloud solution?
• Do you want to replicate sales quotes from your cloud solution to an external application?
9. Complete the scoping by clicking on Review and Finish
10. System does not allow to finalize the scoping changes and throws the error messages

There are assignments of external price elements in the fine-tuning activity External Pricing in Business Configuration due to which you are unable to complete the required scoping changes.

Delete the assignments of external price elements in fine-tuning activity by following the below steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Go to Overview view
3. Find the activity External Pricing
4. Open the activity and select Assignments of External Price Elements
5. There are Pricing Elements maintained with/without the Pricing Procedure
6. Select the Delete button and delete the Assignments of External Price Elements
7. Select the button Save and Close 

Now, go to the project scope in Business Configuration to perform the required scoping changes to unscope the External Pricing and complete by selecting Finish.
