2761097 - E-mail Editor Signature Button

Symptom

You would like to understand how the Signature button works when replying to an e-mail in the Ticket Interactions.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Using Fiori UI, go to the Service work center.
  2. Select the Tickets view.
  3. Open Ticket XYZ (XYZ represents the Ticket Subject).
  4. Go to the Interactions facet.
  5. Click to Reply an Interaction
  6. Click on the Signatures button. You would like to understand how these signatures are setup.

Cause

To configure it you must go to the Service work center and then select the Templates view.

Resolution

  1. Using Fiori UI, go to the Service work center.
  2. Select the Templates view.
  3. Click on New.
  4. Select the Template Usage as Signature.
  5. Save the changes.

After creating this Template the Signature will be visible under the Ticket Interactions.
