The Survey of question type Attributes is blank when opened from a Lead ID.

Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisite: You have created a Survey with only the question type Attributes and assigned it to the Lead DEF. (Please note that this behaviour is not BO specific eg. Visits)
Go to the Sales work center.
- Go to the Leads view.
- Open the Lead DEF (DEF represents the Lead ID).
- Go to the Surveys tab.
- Select the Survey XYZ to open it.
- Survey is blank.
The Account assigned to the Lead DEF, does not have the Attributes maintained. Because they are not available in the Account, and there are no other question types maintained, the Survey is rendered blank.
You must add the Marketing Attributes to the Account associated with the Lead DEF, and only then will the Survey be visible.
In order for the Attributes Survey to be visible, you must implement the below:
- Lead is associated with an existing Account.
- The Attributes in the Survey must be maintained within the Account associated with the Lead.
