2757116 - Content Studio App language is different to the logon language

Symptom

When logged on to the Hybris Marketing cloud with a certain language, and then navigate to the Content Studio App, the default language maintained in the App is different.

Environment

SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud – SAP Marketing Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to Marketing Cloud tenant with a desired Language
  2. Go to Content Studio App
  3. Language maintained in the App is different to the logon language

Resolution

  • The Content Studio app is working as designed.
  • This app will have the language that was maintained by the last user that accessed the app.
  • If a different language is required to be used within the app by the current user, then they will need to update the language within the app manually.
