Deeplink /sf/recruiting/jobreqsummary is sending the user to an error even though the user have to Requisition page.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions
Reproducing the Issue
- Use the deeplink /sf/recruiting/jobreqsummary
- The user should be take to the Job Requisition Summary page, but instead, an error message shows up.
The deeplink /sf/recruiting/jobreqsummary can used to open a specific Job Requisition, using the /sf/recruiting/jobreqsummary?reqid =<job req id>, you can set the ID of a specific Job Requisition and the deeplink will take you to the Job Requistion summary page. If you don't put any Job Req ID, the system will take you to the Job Requisition page and show the requistion you are an operator or are associate it, by any route map approval or recruiting group, among others, if you don't have any, the system will try to open a Job Requisition summary page and show an error, due to that fact you don't have any association to any Job Requisition, regardless if you don't set a ID in the link. This is a known issue and the fix will be implemented within b1905 release.
As a workaround, you can use the deeplink /sf/recruiting, which will take the user to the previously page. For more information about the Deeplinks, you can refer to your implementation guide: SuccessFactors Deep Links
