When you use standard reports built on standard data source Reponse Time Analysis (COD_RESP_TIME_ANA) you will find the Work Center and Work center View columns having many entries with the value "Not Assigned".

Reproducing the Issue
Go to Business Analytics work center.
- Go to Design Reports.
- Open the Report Usage by Screen.
- Add the fields Work Center and Work Center View through Add Fields.
- You will see multiple entries with the value Not Assigned.
If the user goes to one of the below screens it will be recorded as Not Assigned in the reports:
- Home page
- Recent History
- Enterprise search
Wherever work center or work center view is initial it is considered as Not Assigned.
All of the above technically don’t have work center or work center view behind. So when user does anything in these UIs, values are not captured for the fileds work cemter and work center view.
This will be enhanced in future releases to display more meaningful data in the report.
