User Interface Usage
Recruiting users can follow/unfollow candidates on pages with details of single candidate (Candidate Profile, Application) or mass candidate (Candidate Search, Application List, Talent Pool). See below one example of each case:

Recruiting users should have Follow and Unfollow External Candidate permission under Recruiting Permissions to use this feature. Refer to the below image to see the option available in Manage Permissions Roles from Admin Center.
- A recruiting user can follow or unfollow candidates;
- The candidate actions followed by a recruiting user are:
Candidate Logs In to the Career Site
Candidate Completes a Data Capture Form
Candidate Saved a Draft of a Job application
Candidate Abandons Job Application
Candidate Applies to a Job
- A recruiting user cannot follow more than 100 existent candidates.
- Recruiters can acess Activity Tracking and Dashbord (release 1905).
