How to download the template for Employee Import?

The template file for Employee Import will bring the two headers that are mandatory in this process. The header will already be adjusted to the fields that are configured in your Data Model to be used in the User Data File. You can see the option to download the template in Employee Import feature page. There are two different pages for Employee Import, and it depends if you have Employee Central enabled in your instance.

Procedure

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Under Manage Employees, click on Update User Information;
3. Click on Import Employee Data option.

In select the action you want to perform you need to select "Download template" as shown in the below example:

You just need to click on "data import file template" highlighted in the text description of Employee Import.
