2745541 - How to hide the Start a Claim Button for Reimbursement?

How to hide "Start a Claim" Button for Reimbursement? - A customer has a requirement wherein its their HR Personnel who should do the claim on behalf of their employee and employee should not have access to claim on their own.

As of this moment there is no way in the system to hide the "Start a Claim" when claiming for a reimbursement, the only possible work around we can do here is the make the Benefit Employee Claim Object as Secured and only provide permission to those group of people who are allowed to do the claim, in this manner even though the employee can clicks on the "Start a Claim" button and fill out the page - upon saving they will encounter an error message.

Note: This behavior is also observed on the Enroll Button when Enrolling for a Benefit.
