"Product" Placeholder is removed from workflow rule, and if open an existing workflow rule, you may find the error "You have used an obsolete field to specify the placeholder"

Reproducing the Issue
Go to Administrator work center.
Go to Workflow Rule view.
Create a new workflow rule or open an existing workflow rule, which Business Object is Ticket.
Go to Actions tab and for the Email type, you find that there's no Product field for Placeholder. Or if you have used the Product field before, you will face an error "You have used an obsolete field to specify the placeholder" in the workflow rule.
From 1811, "Product " field is marked as obsolete. Since this had issues with working with Numeric and Alpha Numeric fields.
An alternate "Product ID" field has been provided. Nevertheless, the existing workflow would continue to work without any adaptation and any changes to the workflow needs to be adapted to the new product field.
For product description, there's a field named "Registered Product Description" can be used.
Please use the new field "Product ID" or other fields to apply with your requirement.
