2731149 - Print Screen is Not Working

Symptom

When you try to print a screen on C4C (e.g. using the command Ctrl+P), a blank page is shown instead of the page content.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to any system page, e.g. Ticket view.
  2. Click with the right mouse button and select the print option or press the keys Ctrl+P on the keyboard.
  3. Notice that the page is returning in blank.

Cause

The C4C system does not provide in-built print functionality neither in HTML nor RUI.

Resolution

This is the standard behavior of the system.
